Leader & Admin Dashboard

As a leader or admin, your dashboard provides a church-wide overview of discipleship activity, health metrics, and items that need your attention.

Dashboard Stats

Stats Cards​

At the top of the dashboard, you'll see key metrics at a glance:

  • Total students in your church
  • Active studies currently running
  • Active classes in progress
  • Completion percentage for First Steps

Attention List​

The Attention List widget highlights students who may need follow-up. This can include:

  • Students who haven't been active recently
  • Students missing key milestones
  • Students flagged for pastoral care

Click any student in the attention list to view their profile and take action.

You can also access the full Attention List from the sidebar for a dedicated view of all students needing follow-up.

Pastoral Follow-Up​

If you're a designated pastor, you'll see a Pastoral Follow-Up widget showing students with confidential flags that need attention.

First Steps Completion​

A visual chart shows how many students have completed each step of your church's First Steps program, helping you identify where students may be getting stuck.

Recent Activity​

The bottom of the dashboard shows recent activity across your church — new students added, milestones achieved, studies completed, and more.

Unassigned Students​

A quick-access widget shows students who haven't been assigned to a teacher yet, making it easy to ensure every student has someone shepherding them.
