Notification Center

The Notification Center keeps you informed about important activity in your church's Apostolic Path account.

Accessing Notifications​

Click the bell icon in the top-right corner of any page to open the notification panel. You can also navigate to the full Notifications page from the sidebar or user menu.

Types of Notifications​

You may receive notifications for:

  • New student added — When a student joins your church
  • Milestone achieved — When a student completes a New Birth milestone or First Step
  • Flag added — When a student is flagged for attention
  • Study or class updates — When you're assigned to a new study or class
  • Team changes — When new users join your church
  • System announcements — Important platform updates

Managing Notifications​

Marking as Read​

  • Click on a notification to mark it as read and navigate to the related item
  • Use Mark All as Read to clear all unread notifications at once

Notification Retention​

Notifications are automatically deleted after 90 days to keep your notification center clean and relevant.

Push Notifications​

Apostolic Path supports push notifications on:

  • Web browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari)
  • iOS (via the mobile app)
  • Android (via the mobile app)

To enable push notifications:

  1. When prompted by your browser or mobile app, click Allow
  2. You'll start receiving real-time push notifications for important events
