Multi-Church Network
The Multi-Church Network feature allows organizations with multiple locations to manage all their churches from a single account. This is ideal for churches with campuses, daughter works, church plants, or fellowship networks.
Network Relationships
Apostolic Path supports several types of church relationships:
| Relationship | Description |
|---|---|
| Campus | A satellite location of the same church |
| Daughter Work | A new church planted by the parent church |
| Church Plant | An independent church plant with organizational ties |
| Fellowship | A partnered church in a fellowship network |
How It Works
- Your main church is the parent in the network
- You can add connected churches to your network (up to 3 on Multiply, unlimited on Network)
- Designated overseers (leaders with overseer access) can view data across all connected churches
- Each church maintains its own students, studies, classes, and settings
- Cross-church reporting gives you a bird's-eye view of the entire network
Who Can Use Multi-Church
- Admins can configure network settings and add churches
- Overseers (designated leaders) can view data across the network
- Regular team members see only their own church's data
Benefits
- Unified oversight — See all your churches' discipleship metrics in one place
- Cross-church reporting — Compare growth, retention, and completion rates
- Template sharing — Share Bible study templates across your network
- Centralized management — Manage relationships and overseer access from one dashboard
