Apostolic Path provides analytics and reporting tools to help you understand your church's discipleship health at a glance.
Accessing Reports
Navigate to Reports in the sidebar (available to Leaders and Admins).
Dashboard Analytics
Your dashboard provides real-time analytics including:
- Student growth — How your student count is changing over time
- New Birth completion rates — What percentage of students have completed each milestone
- First Steps funnel — How students are progressing through each step
- Retention metrics — Active retention percentage and engagement trends
- Year-over-year comparison — Compare this year's progress to previous years

Retention Analytics
The reports section includes retention analytics that help you understand:
- Active retention % — What percentage of students remain engaged over time
- Journey completion rates — How many students complete the full New Birth journey
- Funnel analysis — Where students tend to drop off in their discipleship journey
- Year-over-year comparison — Track improvement in retention over time
