Managing Your Network
Configure and manage your church network to oversee multiple locations from a single account.
Accessing Network Settings
- Navigate to Settings in the sidebar
- Click Network
Adding a Church to Your Network
- Click Add Church in the Network settings
- Enter the details of the church you want to connect:
- Church name
- Relationship type (Campus, Daughter Work, Church Plant, Fellowship)
- The connected church will appear in your network
Viewing Your Network
Navigate to All Churches in the sidebar to see your network dashboard:
- All connected churches with their key metrics
- Student counts across the network
- Milestone completion rates per church
- Quick links to each church's detail view
Cross-Church Reporting
From the network dashboard, you can:
- Compare churches side-by-side on key metrics
- View aggregate data across the entire network
- Identify trends by seeing which churches are growing fastest
- Spot areas for support where a church may be struggling
Overseer Access
Overseers are leaders who can view data across multiple churches:
- Navigate to Settings > Network
- In the Overseers section, designate which leaders have cross-church access
- These leaders will see the network dashboard and can view (but not modify) data from connected churches
Sharing Templates
On the Multiply plan and above, Bible study templates can be shared across your network:
- Create a template in your parent church (see Study Templates)
- The template will automatically be available to connected churches
- Connected churches can use the shared template to create their own studies
