Managing Your Subscription
Manage your church's subscription, update payment methods, and view invoices through the billing settings.
Accessing Billing
- Navigate to Settings in the sidebar
- Click Subscription
Only Admins have access to billing settings.
Current Plan
The subscription page shows your:
- Current plan name and price
- Billing cycle (monthly or annual)
- Next billing date
- Usage (students, teachers, classes vs. plan limits)
Updating Payment Method
- Click Manage Billing (or Customer Portal)
- You'll be taken to the Stripe Customer Portal
- From there you can:
- Update your credit/debit card
- View payment history
- Download invoices
- Update billing address

Payment processing is handled securely through Stripe. Apostolic Path never stores your credit card information directly.
Viewing Invoices
- Click Manage Billing to open the Stripe Customer Portal
- Navigate to the Invoices section
- View and download past invoices as PDF
Canceling Your Subscription
If you need to cancel:
- Click Manage Billing
- In the Stripe Customer Portal, select Cancel Subscription
- Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period
After cancellation, your account will revert to the Plant (free) plan with its associated limits.
