Managing Your Subscription

Manage your church's subscription, update payment methods, and view invoices through the billing settings.

Accessing Billing

  1. Navigate to Settings in the sidebar
  2. Click Subscription

Only Admins have access to billing settings.

Current Plan

The subscription page shows your:

  • Current plan name and price
  • Billing cycle (monthly or annual)
  • Next billing date
  • Usage (students, teachers, classes vs. plan limits)

Updating Payment Method

  1. Click Manage Billing (or Customer Portal)
  2. You'll be taken to the Stripe Customer Portal
  3. From there you can:
    • Update your credit/debit card
    • View payment history
    • Download invoices
    • Update billing address

Payment processing is handled securely through Stripe. Apostolic Path never stores your credit card information directly.

Viewing Invoices

  1. Click Manage Billing to open the Stripe Customer Portal
  2. Navigate to the Invoices section
  3. View and download past invoices as PDF

Canceling Your Subscription

If you need to cancel:

  1. Click Manage Billing
  2. In the Stripe Customer Portal, select Cancel Subscription
  3. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period

After cancellation, your account will revert to the Plant (free) plan with its associated limits.
