Student Profiles

Each student has a detailed profile page that gives you a complete view of their discipleship journey.

Accessing a Profile​

Click on any student's name in the student roster to open their profile. The profile page is organized into sections:

Profile Header​

At the top you'll see:

  • Student's name and contact information (email, phone)
  • Their assigned teacher
  • Role badge showing their role in the church
  • Quick action buttons (edit, flag, add note)

New Birth Status​

The New Birth section shows the student's progress through the three Acts 2:38 milestones:

  • Repentance — with date if recorded
  • Water Baptism — with date if recorded
  • Holy Ghost — with date if recorded

Leaders and admins can update these milestones directly from the profile. See New Birth Tracking for details.

First Steps Progress​

A visual tracker shows the student's progress through your church's configured First Steps. Each step can be marked as complete with a date.

Classes​

If your church uses classes Outreach+, you'll see:

  • Enrolled classes with attendance records
  • Completed classes with final status
  • Available classes the student can be enrolled in

Bible Studies​

If the student is part of any Bible studies Outreach+, you'll see:

  • Active studies with lesson progress
  • Completed studies with final status

Flags & Notes​

The bottom of the profile shows any active flags and notes for the student, with options to add new ones.
